Framing with Steel Framing from A to Z

Plan to DIY your basement this winter? You’re in luck! Today I am going to be showing you how to frame your basement… with steel! If you’ve been to the hardware store lately, you’ve probably realized that the price for a lumber 2×4 is getting kind of crazy. I bought steel studs for $5.5 bucks each (the 2×4 lumber is going for almost $10… yikes!) and I’m going to frame my basement with it! Keep watching to find out how to frame your basement with steel framing from A to Z. I’m showing you the tools you’re gonna need to use, the techniques to build it, how to do the wiring and pass that electrical inspection, and how to get your vapor barrier installed.
